Pallavolo - Volley

Settimanalmente il GEG organizza degli allenamenti di volley (unisex) presso la palestra "La Salle" (p.zza del Carmine), a 2 minuti da P.zza della Nunziata.
Per partecipare agli allenamenti è necessario essere in possesso di ESN Card e prenotarsi tramite questo sito compilando l'apposito form; sarà poi necessario confermare la prenotazione pagando direttamente il giorno degli allenamenti.

Se si compila il form il prezzo sarà di 3€ a persona, altrimenti sarà di 5€ a persona.
 
In considerazione dell’enorme numero di partecipanti non iscritti ed in virtù dei problemi organizzativi riscontrati  negli allenamentivigeranno nuove regole che saranno inderogabili:

1. Iscrizione agli allenamenti del lunedì avvengono esclusivamente tramite form entro e non oltre le ore 20:00 della domenica.
2. Si giocherà solo ed esclusivamente se entro tale data si raggiungerà il numero di 10 persone. Verrà data conferma agli iscritti per e-mail entro le ore 12:00 del lunedì. Scrivete perciò la vostra e-mail corretta al momento della compilazione.
3. Le iscrizioni prevedono un numero massimo di  N. 30 iscritti.
4. Chi si iscrive e non può partecipare è pregato di darne comunicazione a Daniela via e-mail a danielacapomolla88@gmail.com o via telefono a 348 0068158. La disdetta deve avvenire entro le ore 12:00 del lunedì.
5. Se non verrà data disdetta o se essa avverrà dopo le 12:00 del lunedì, si sarà posti in una lista nera.
6. Gli iscritti alla lista nera pagheranno 2 € per ogni mancata partecipazione. Il pagamento avverrà al primo allenamento cui parteciperanno o alla diversa attività organizzata dal GEG cui si iscriveranno.

Tutto il resto rimane invariato. Dispiace prendere questi provvedimenti ma sono necessari per una corretta organizzazione. L’affitto del campo ha un costo che deve essere coperto ed una eventuale disdetta deve essere data con almeno un giorno d’anticipo. Il GEG, comunque, si augura che la partecipazione continui numerosa e che continuiate a divertirvi con una migliore organizzazione.

Considering the great number of people who forget to register and in virtue of related organizational problems during the training, participants are required to comply with new mandatory regulations.

1. Enrolment to the training courses on Monday must be made only through application form, by and not later than Sunday at 8 pm.
2. Training will only take place if a minimum amount of 10 people are taking part in. You will receive a confirmation by email not later than Monday at 12 am. You are therefore required to write your email address when filling the application form.
3. Registrations are limited to the N. of 30 participants.
4. If you wish to cancel your registration, say it to Daniela by e-mail  danielacapomolla88@gmail.com or by phone 348 0068158, not later than Monday at 12 am.
5. In case you do not cancel your registration or you do it after 12 am on Monday you will be put on the black list.
6. If on the black list you will have to pay €2 each unattended participation. Payment will be done on the first attended training course or whichever GEG event you will take part in.

All the rest remains unchanged. We regret taking this measures but they are necessary for a good administration. Renting the volleyball court has a cost which has to be covered and any cancellation has to be announced a day in advance. However, GEG hopes that there will still be lots of participants and that you will continue to enjoy being a part of a better organization.
 
 

Wöchentlich organisiert GEG ein Volleyballtraining(unisex) in der Halle „La Salle“ (Piazza del Carmine), circa 2 Minuten von der Piazza della Nunziata entfernt. Die Trainingseinheiten können nur von ESNCard- Inhabern besucht werden, die sich zuvor Online, auf dieser Webseite, angemeldet haben.

Kosten: 3€ mit Online- Anmeldung, sonst 5€.

Aufgrund organisatorischer Probleme und der überhöhten Anzahl von Nicht-Angemeldeten, trotz der verbesserten Online- Anmeldung, sind strengere Maßnahmen zu treffen:

1.       Die Anmeldung für die Trainingseinheit am Montag erfolgt ausschließlich mit Anmeldeformular und ist unbedingt bis Sonntag 20 Uhr zu machen.

2.       Das Training findet nur statt, wenn sich innerhalb der Anmeldefrist mindestens  10 Teilnehmer angemeldet haben. Eine Anmeldungsbestätigung wird dann an alle Teilnehmer bis Montag 12 Uhr per E-Mail verschickt. Wichtig: E-Mail-Adresse im Anmeldeformular korrekt angegeben!

3.      Bei den Anmeldungen ist die Teilnehmeranzahl auf 30 Teilnehmer begrenzt; direkte Teilnehmer werden hingegen abgelehnt, wenn es mehr als 30 Online-Anmeldungen gibt.

4.      Falls ihr die Teilnahme an dem Training kurzfristig absagen wollt, meldet euch bitte bei der folgenden E-Mail-Adressen bzw.

5.      Wenn die Absage nach Montagmorgen 12h oder überhaupt nicht erfolgt, wird man auf eine „Schwarze Liste“ gesetzt.

6.      Diejenigen, die auf der „Schwarzen Liste“ stehen, müssen für jede verpasste Trainingseinheit eine Strafe von 2 Euro bezahlen. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor dem nächsten Training oder zur nächsten GEG-Veranstaltung.

Alles Weitere bleibt unverändert. Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass wir diese strengen Regeln aufstellen müssen. Aber ihr solltet nicht vergessen, wir arbeiten für euch! Wir müssen die Mietkosten der Sporthalle decken, deshalb solltet ihr eure evtl. Absagen mindestens am vorherigen Tag tätigen. GEG erhofft sich dennoch eine hohe Teilnehmeranzahl und wünscht euch viel Spaß beim Volleyball spielen!!!

Cada semana el GEG organiza unos entrenamientos de volley (unisex) en el gimnasio "La Salle" (plaza del Carmine), a dos minutos desde P.zza della Nunziata.
Para participar a los entrenamientos hay que tener la ESN Card y reservar por esta pagina web con el formulario; es necesario confirmar la reserva pagando directamente el dìa de los entrenamientos.

El precio es 3€ cada uno para quien se inscribe por formulario online, en cambio es 5€ para quien llega sin reserva.
 
Como hay un gran numero de participantes non insciptos y como se encontraron problemas de organizaciòn, se habràn nuevas reglas inderogables:

1. Inscripciones a los entrenamientos del lunes por formulario antes de las 20:00 del domingo.
2. Se jugarà sòlo y exclusivamente si dentro de esta ora se lleguerà a 10 personas. Se darà confirmaciòn a los inscriptos por correo elecronico dentro de las 12:00 del lunes. Por lo tanto escriban su correo correcto cuando reserven.
3. Las inscripciones por formulario no tienen lìmite de numero, mientras las que se hacen en el gimnasio no se aceptaràn si las inscriptiones por formulario sobresaldràn las 30 personas.
4. Quien se inscribe y no puede participar tiene que avisar por telefono o por correo a esta e-mail:  danielacapomolla88@gmail.com (348 0068158). La cancelaciòn tiene que ser hecha antes de las 12:00 del lunes.
5. Si no se harà la cancelaciòn o si se harà después de las 12:00 del lunes, se serà inscriptos en una lista negra.
6. Los inscriptos en la lista negra pagaràn 2€ cada vez que no parteciparàn. El pago serà hecho en el primer entrenamiento a que participaràn o a la primera actividad del GEG a que se inscriberàn.

 
Las otras cosas permanecen iguales. Nos desculpamos por estos cambios pero son necesario para una mejor organizaciòn. Alquilar el campo cuesta y tenemos que cobrarlo: una cancelaciòn tiene que ser dada por lo menos un dìa antes. Ademàs demasiadas personas hacen que el tiempo para jugar sea poco para cada equipo. El Geg de todo modo espera que la participaciòn siga numerosa y que siguan disfrutando de la mejor organizaciòn
